As a Sports Advisor, your role is to ensure all customers leave our stores with a satisfying experience. Your Responsibilities:

1. To Customers

• Welcome customers professionally
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing returns, complaints, checkout, etc., and find suitable solutions
• Know the technical features and benefits of Decathlon products to recommend appropriate products and services
• Develop a network of customers both in-store and online to build relationships
• Pass on sports passion and help customers discover new sports
• Encourage loyalty card registration to enhance customer information

2. To Decathlon Malaysia

• Understand departmental goals and work with the team to achieve them
• Promote innovation and sports experiences in-store
• Increase sales using available resources and tools
• Arrange store layout according to guidelines
• Create high-quality store displays based on Customer Satisfaction principles
• Maintain attractive store layout for customer satisfaction
• Ensure stock accuracy and availability using the replenishment system

3. For Safety of People and Goods

• Enforce safety and security standards
• Follow fire safety and evacuation procedures

4. Development and Skills Enhancement

Participate in training sessions, develop training skills, and potentially become a trainer.
