Job description
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and address customer needs via phone and email communication channels.
  • Manage and respond to customer feedback promptly and ensure proper tracking.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate to the Customer Service Manager when necessary.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as required.
What We’re Looking For
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience is preferred.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written Chinese and English, as the position necessitates engagement with clients who speak Mandarin.
  • Good follow‑up discipline.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Comfortable handling customer support via email and phone, with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
