• Verify customer goods return data in the Goods Return Management System.
• Prepare customer goods return claim report for warranty claims.
• Monitor CSD stock consumption using the AX system.

Skills

Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications

Job description

Verify customer goods return data in the Goods Return Management System.

Arrange for Requisition of Goods Replacement for Marketing department.

Coordinate Goods Repair with Marketing and Purchasing departments for spare parts.

Follow-up on pending Credit Notes (CN) with Marketing and Accounting departments.

Prepare customer goods return claim report for QC to submit for warranty claim.

Arrange for sticker printing and keep stock of Finished Goods (FG) after CN is processed.

Submit scrap form for FG that is no longer under warranty or cannot be claimed from supplier.

Coordinate spare parts with QC/ Purchasing departments.

Follow-up, update, and monitor CSD spare parts stock list.

Assist with quarterly stock count report.

Prepare 8D reports for defective LED lanterns at TNB installation site.

Monitor CSD stock consumption using the AX system.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Diploma or higher in any related field.

1 – 2 years of experience in customer service is preferred.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Is knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications.
