Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities:

  1. To efficiently handle inbound and outbound customer call inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent Customer Services.
  2. To respond in a professional and timely manner to any customer query/complaint and to facilitate its prompt resolution.
  3. Performing inspections, preparing reports, managing warranty claims, etc., to ensure the highest quality of work and all Service Level Agreements are met.
  4. Responsible for daily operational tasks for the Company to ensure smooth running of daily operations.
  5. Striving to achieve and maintain overall performance adhering to SLA.
  6. Build up technical skills for professional services and undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
