Diligently learn about the company's products and how to operate them to demonstrate effectively to customers.
Visit hospitals to meet with Specialists, Nurses, and Procurement teams to demonstrate products and secure sales.
Build and manage relationships with customers to achieve sales goals and objectives.
Proactively identify new sales opportunities, understand customer requirements, prepare quotations, follow up, and monitor progress to close deals.
Be willing and able to join doctors in OT rooms to demonstrate and guide on product usage.
Record all appointments, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM system.
Focus on meeting targets and KPIs set by the company.
Perform other responsibilities as they arise in the course of executing the role.
