Job description

Diligently learn about the company's products and how to operate them to demonstrate effectively to customers.

Visit hospitals to meet with Specialists, Nurses, and Procurement teams to demonstrate products and secure sales.

Build and manage relationships with customers to achieve sales goals and objectives.

Proactively identify new sales opportunities, understand customer requirements, prepare quotations, follow up, and monitor progress to close deals.

Be willing and able to join doctors in OT rooms to demonstrate and guide on product usage.

Record all appointments, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM system.

Focus on meeting targets and KPIs set by the company.

Perform other responsibilities as they arise in the course of executing the role.

Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Diploma or Degree, preferably in Science-related fields.
  • Fresh graduates or entry-level candidates are welcome.
  • Female candidates are highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work independently with strong interpersonal skills and a pleasant personality.
  • Willing to travel for appointments and medical events/conferences within Penang.
  • Own transportation is preferred.
