Responsible for day-to-day customer service and sales support duties.
Support the Sales Department with market information, market share, and customer profiles to attract new customers and develop existing markets to improve sales revenue.
Collect customer feedback and convert it into operational data for service enhancement to meet customer satisfaction.
Handle all inquiries and feedback from customers, responding within 24 hours.
