Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Lead located in Puchong. The Customer Service Lead will be responsible for managing daily customer support operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and implementing phone etiquette standards. The role involves enhancing customer service experiences and leading a team to meet the company’s customer service goals.
Qualifications
- Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and enhancing Customer Experience
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle high-stress situations and manage time effectively
- Experience in the ELV or security industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
