Job description

Handle and release export booking confirmations for FCL and LCL shipments to customers, freight forwarders, and internal teams.

Liaise with local carriers, teams, and agents to source competitive rates, vessel space, and reliable services.

Coordinate cargo acceptance, including DG acceptance where applicable, and ensure compliance with export requirements.

Arrange and communicate cargo pickup and delivery schedules with customers and transporters.

Coordinate with the team and forwarding teams on export customs formalities for FCL and LCL shipments.

Monitor shipment progress and provide timely updates to customers on ETD/ETA and shipment status.

Ensure cargo is properly packed and complies with all relevant international and local regulations.

Accurately input selling rates, costs, and shipment details into the system to maintain proper financial and operational records.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.

Minimum 1–3 years of working experience in export customer service or freight forwarding operations.

Hands‑on experience handling FCL and LCL export shipments is an added advantage.

Good knowledge of export documentation, Incoterms, and basic customs procedures.

Strong coordination and communication skills with customers, carriers, and internal teams.

Detail‑oriented, well‑organized, and able to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.

Proficient in MS Office and logistics systems.
