  3. Expertly articulating and presenting information about our products while professionally managing high inquiry volumes.
  4. Embracing accountability for individual KPIs and working cohesively towards team goals.
  5. Mastering business strategies to enhance customer services, guiding clients toward efficient self-service solutions.
  6. Proactively identifying opportunities for process improvements and actively collaborating with our Team Leaders and Managers.
  7. Upholding the utmost integrity and confidentiality standards by safeguarding customer information at all times.
