Job Responsibility
  • Focus on voice & non-voice channels to address customer queries promptly and take ownership of their concerns.
  • Balance customer needs with business objectives, utilizing sales and marketing techniques.
  • Articulate and present product information professionally, managing high inquiry volumes efficiently.
  • Take accountability for personal KPIs and work collaboratively towards team goals.
  • Enhance customer service by mastering business strategies and guiding clients to self-service solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and collaborate with Team Leaders and Managers.
  • Maintain high standards of integrity and confidentiality by safeguarding customer information.
Job Requirements
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English (C1 level); ability to communicate effectively in English or Bahasa Malaysia.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service and the financial industry.
  • Previous experience in a contact centre or customer service role is advantageous.
  • Minimum diploma qualification.
  • Working hours: Sunday to Thursday, 1:30 PM - 10:30 PM.
