Job Responsibilities
  • Provide professional consultation and guidance to students via WhatsApp, voice call, or Zoom;
  • Respond to customer inquiries quickly and professionally to ensure an excellent experience;
  • Follow up on students’ progress, assist in class arrangements and Zoom live sessions (on rotation);
  • Collect and record student success stories, and assist them in producing high-quality Xiaohongshu posts;
  • Create and improve customer journey SOPs, service manuals, and delivery documents;
  • Handle feedback or complaints efficiently, provide effective solutions, and ensure proper follow-up.

Working Hours
