Job Responsibilities
- Provide professional consultation and guidance to students via WhatsApp, voice call, or Zoom;
- Respond to customer inquiries quickly and professionally to ensure an excellent experience;
- Follow up on students’ progress, assist in class arrangements and Zoom live sessions (on rotation);
- Collect and record student success stories, and assist them in producing high-quality Xiaohongshu posts;
- Create and improve customer journey SOPs, service manuals, and delivery documents;
- Handle feedback or complaints efficiently, provide effective solutions, and ensure proper follow-up.

Working Hours
- Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
- Saturday: 10:00am – 2:00pm (Half-day Work From Home)

We’re Looking for Someone Who
- Proficiency in Mandarin;
- Candidates must possess at least SPM;
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply;
- Has a strong interest in new media and the Xiaohongshu ecosystem;
- Communicates well and enjoys helping others grow;
- Is responsible, proactive, and able to think independently;
- Possesses good writing and logical reasoning skills;
- Has prior experience in education, training, or customer service (preferred but not required).
