Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers via various channels.
- Provide professional and knowledgeable service while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Establish strong customer relations with internal and external customers.
- Complete data input with a high level of speed and accuracy.
- Ensure department and individual goals are consistently met.
- Other duties assigned by company leadership.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least an SPM and above.
- Strong English language skills (Written and spoken).
- Have a customer-oriented attitude.
- Adaptable to changing priorities and able to handle situations with empathy, integrity and sincerity.
- Able to work 24 hour rotational shift and on weekends.
- Minimum 6 months of Customer Service/Airline experience in contact center will be an advantage.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome!
