Responsibilities


  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers via various channels.

  • Provide professional and knowledgeable service while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

  • Establish strong customer relations with internal and external customers.

  • Complete data input with a high level of speed and accuracy.

  • Ensure department and individual goals are consistently met.

  • Other duties assigned by company leadership.


Qualifications


  • Candidate must possess at least an SPM and above.

  • Strong English language skills (Written and spoken).

  • Have a customer-oriented attitude.

  • Adaptable to changing priorities and able to handle situations with empathy, integrity and sincerity.

  • Able to work 24 hour rotational shift and on weekends.

  • Minimum 6 months of Customer Service/Airline experience in contact center will be an advantage.

  • Fresh Graduates are welcome!
