Company Background

We are representing our client, a global CX solutions provider, currently hiring for the new E-Hailing & Deliveries Service / Data Centre project to support Hong Kong region.

  • Accommodation provided (for outstation candidates)
  • Basic RM3,000 to RM3,200
  • Public Holiday Rate
  • OT Rate
  • Shuttle Services Provided: Tampoi, Skudai, Taman U, Bukit Indah, Gelang Patah, City Square, Larkin, Mutiara Rini

Main Responsibilities:

  • Handling all inbound calls, live chat, and email pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedback, and other issues related to the company's products.
  • Exceeding customer expectations in terms of customer service & accurate information.
  • Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
  • Proficient in computer typing skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Min 18 years old, completed with SPM, UEC, and IGCSE certificates.
  • 5.5 / 6 working days - Compulsory working on Public Holidays and Weekends.
  • Must commit to work 24/7 shifts.
