Job Summary

Evaluates, assigns, and monitors the team’s activities to ensure work completion and improve work output. Resolves complex transactions, customer inquiries, policy, or billing questions by serving as a subject matter expert. Responsible for developing team members and implementing plans that enhance the work environment and business results.

Job Accountabilities - Key Responsibilities

  • Supervises assigned team members’ daily activities.
  • Assists management by evaluating, assigning, and monitoring workflow to ensure work completion and effective teamwork within the Service Operations team.
  • Tracks the team’s progress towards daily, weekly, and monthly goals, taking proactive steps to meet deadlines. Maintains thorough knowledge of procedures, methods, and regulatory requirements. Collaborates with other leaders to develop, pilot, and implement improvements.
  • Understands, supports, and advocates the organization’s overall strategy. Communicates company strategies related to products, processes, policies, and practices.
  • Interacts with and responds to customer inquiries or escalations as needed. Models, promotes, and advocates Zurich’s core values.
