Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedback, and other issues related to the company's products.
Exceed customer expectations in terms of customer service and providing accurate information.
Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Pass in SPM. STPM, Diploma, or Degree holders are welcome to apply.
Required languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Fresh graduates interested in starting a career in a call center are encouraged to apply. Full training will be provided.
Applicant must be willing to work on rotational shifts.
Each shift consists of 9.5 working hours, including a 1-hour lunch break and an additional 30-minute short break.
