Job Responsibilities
- Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedback, and other issues related to the company's products.
- Exceed customer expectations in terms of customer service and providing accurate information.
- Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Pass in SPM. STPM, Diploma, or Degree holders are welcome to apply.
- Required languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Fresh graduates interested in starting a career in a call center are encouraged to apply. Full training will be provided.
- Applicant must be willing to work on rotational shifts.
- Each shift consists of 9.5 working hours, including a 1-hour lunch break and an additional 30-minute short break.
