About The Role
We are looking for a
Customer Service - Mandarin Speaker who will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will play a vital role in ensuring all booking inquiries are handled professionally, and that communication between our clients and dispatch team runs smoothly.
You will also support day-to-day operations and report directly to the Reservation Manager, who is authorized to act on all matters related to reservations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle bookings and customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Relay accurate booking information to the dispatch team.
- Confirm bookings with vehicle and driver details to customers.
- Monitor and update driversâ availability.
- Maintain and update trip statuses in the system in real-time.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of all transactions and communications.
- Analyze customer feedback and escalate issues to management.
- Report incidents or complaints and assist in resolving discrepancies.
- Coordinate driver assignments based on availability and fairness.
- Support operational goals aligned with the companyâs mission and vision.
- Perform other relevant duties as assigned by management.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Proactive and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Experience in transport/logistics or a similar field is a plus.
- Able to speak and read Mandarin
