Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Executive proficient in Mandarin and English, with a monthly salary of RM3000. The role involves providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer service operations, and upholding high standards of customer service management on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications
  • Interpersonal Skills, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Support abilities
  • Customer Service and Customer Service Management skills
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English languages
  • Experience in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues effectively
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
