Job description

Customer Service Executive (Import/Export)

Handling and preparing the full set of shipping documents and ensuring compliance with import and export regulation.

Ensure accuracy, completeness and timely verification of shipping documents required for import / export and preparing in accordance to Customer's requirements including Bill of Lading.

Ensure shipping documents are received prior to shipment's arrival at destination.

Issuance of Shipping Instructions on time before the dateline to ensure on-time delivery.

Pre-alert submission to respective agent immediately after vessel sailing.

Verifying creditor's bill and preparing payment according to job costing in order for Finance department to process payment.

Create and ensure accurate and on-time billing to customers in a timely manner.

Import notice of arrival / vendor invoice / billing to customer

Requirement

Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.

1-2 years of working experience in related field

Strong communication skills in English & Mandarin (support China market)

Candidate is willing to work 5.5 days per week, with alternate Saturdays.
