A leading company is urgently hiring for the position of Customer Service Executive. The successful candidate will handle customer inquiries, maintain relationships, and ensure order processing. Ideal for fresh graduates, training will be provided. Fluency in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia is essential.
Handling customer inquiries, resolving issues and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Interface with customers to answer queries.
Answering client correspondences through email, WhatsApp, and by phone.
Handle for walk in customer and cash sales order.
Generate and process customer's order
Timely keying in orders and acknowledgement of customer purchase orders.
Follow up and update customers status and information.
Managing orders and ensuring order processing are to be aware.
Any other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Committed & able to work independently.
Preferably can join immediately.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong written, and verbal communication skills are required.
Fresh Graduate is also encouraged to apply.
No Experience required: training will be provided.
Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
Working hours :
Yearly bonus + Meal allowance + Attendance allowance
