Customer Service Executive (Fresh Grad Welcome)

Job Responsibilities (What you’ll be doing)

Responsible foranswering & screening telephone calls, Messaging & Email.

Expedite for customer complaint, follow up to ensure resolutionachieved customer's satisfaction.

Undertake any specific assignments, ad-hoc jobs and related duties as when required.

Perform any otheradministrative functionincludingdaily and monthly report.
