Job Responsibilities (What you’ll be doing)

• Responsible foranswering & screening telephone calls, Messaging & Email.
• Expedite for customer complaint, follow up to ensure resolutionachieved customer's satisfaction.
• Undertake any specific assignments, ad-hoc jobs and related duties as when required.
• Perform any otheradministrative functionincludingdaily and monthly report.

• Candidate must possess a Diploma / Advanced / Higher/ Graduate Diploma in any fields.
• Fresh Graduate are WELCOME !!!
• Preferable language(s):Mandarinas the role requires the candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
• Must have good interpersonal,communication and customer servicesskills.
