Customer Service Executive (Contract 6 months)

We’re looking for a 6 month contract for a Customer Service Executive who enjoys helping people and solving problems. In this role, you’ll be the main point of contact for customers who reach out with inquiries or concerns about our products. Your communication skills, patience, and product knowledge will play a big part in delivering a smooth and positive customer experience.

You’ll work closely with different teams, learn continuously, and play an important role in making sure every customer feels heard and supported.

Responsibilities
  • Handle customer enquiries through phone and email with professionalism, accuracy, and a strong commitment to great customer experience.
  • Solve customer issues, complaints, and technical enquiries by building strong rapport and providing clear, effective solutions.
  • Manage all service requests promptly and ensure tasks are completed within the company’s expected timelines.
  • Handle daily operational matters and make sure issues are resolved properly and on time.
  • Identify gaps in customer experience and suggest improvements to make processes better.
  • Review customer complaint cases and recommend preventive actions to avoid similar issues in the future.
  • Work closely with the Quality Control team to ensure complaint inspections follow the right procedures.
  • Go the extra mile by educating customers and internal teams on product quality to reduce user errors.
  • Arrange product sampling for lab testing when needed.
  • Support any other related tasks assigned from time to time.
Who We Are Looking For
  • Degree or diploma in any related field.
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (you’ll need Mandarin to speak with some of our customers).
  • Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel. Experience with Microsoft D365 or SAP is a bonus.
  • Able to work independently, stay organized, and pay attention to details.
  • Cheerful, friendly personality with good listening and communication skills.
  • Able to plan your tasks and manage priorities well.
  • Knowledge of product quality or quality control is an added advantage.
  • Experience in construction or building materials is a plus.
