What are we looking for?
Ability to converse & write in Cantonese will be required to serve the respective markets and liaise with Cantonese-speaking clients and stakeholders. Excellent spoken and written Mandarin & English is an added advantage.
Pleasant personality with good communication skills
Diploma /Degree holder in any discipline or equivalent qualification with relevant working experience
Preferably min 1year experience in Contact Centre, experience in hospitality/Online Travel Agency and customer service
Computer literate and internet savvy.
Positive attitude and a team player with a passion in delivering World Class customer service.
Willing to work in a shift environment (24/7 operations)
Ability to work under pressure to meet or exceed set performance standards
Open to Malaysians only
