You will be the face of our customer experience – providing fast, accurate, and friendly support. Be the problem-solver for customer complaints and issues, leaving a positive impression. Our workplace is located at Medini 7, Iskandar Puteri, offering a professional yet cozy environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage all inbound communication channels including calls, live chats, and emails for customer inquiries, complaints, feedback, and product-related issues.
2. Improve customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries promptly and providing accurate information.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Melayu (Speaking and Writing).
• Open to fresh candidates with no experience and SPM graduates – we provide comprehensive training.
• Willing to work on rotational shifts (Morning, Afternoon, Night).

Shift Hours (6 days per week & rotational shifts):

• 6 AM – 3 PM
• 7 AM – 4 PM
• 8 AM – 5 PM
• 9 AM – 6 PM
• 10 AM – 7 PM
• 11 AM – 8 PM
• 12 PM – 9 PM
• 1 PM – 10 PM
• 3 PM – 12 AM
• 5 PM – 3 AM
• 10 PM – 6 AM
