Job summary

A well-established company in the manufacturing sector seeks a Customer Service Executive to enhance their customer relations and manage order processes. The role involves preparing reports, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining communication with various departments. Ideal candidates should have a relevant degree and proficiency in both Mandarin and English. Fresh graduates are welcome as training will be provided.

Qualifications

  • Monitoring order processing and liaising with production control.
  • Preparing monthly reports and sales forecasts.

Job description

Order processing involves monitoring progress and conferring with production control personnel to ensure timely delivery in accordance with customer requirements.

Prepare monthly reports for inter-company communication, such as sales versus budget reports.

Liaise with group companies on all matters related to the supply chain.

Prepare sales forecasts and estimates.

Provide information regarding product specifications, pricing, and updates to customers.

Liaise with the Quality Department to ensure products meet customer expectations and resolve quality-related complaints.

Monitor inventory levels to support schedule flexibility and customer demands.

Undertake any ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Post-Graduate Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree / Professional Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, or equivalent.

Preferably with sales or customer service experience in manufacturing industries.

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Proficient in Mandarin and English; ability to communicate effectively in both languages is required.
