Join the customer service team at PHP Group Sdn Bhd as a Customer Service Executive in our Seri Kembangan, Selangor office. In this full-time role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure a positive experience.

What you'll be doing
  • Customer Support (90%)
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone/email/chat
  • Resolve issues related to orders, billing, and service requests
  • Professionally manage complaints with empathy
  • Operational Excellence (10%)
  • Log interactions accurately in CRM systems
  • Route complex cases to relevant departments or personnel
  • Generate daily reports using Microsoft Excel
What we're looking for
