A fast-growing logistics service provider is seeking a Customer Service Executive in Selangor. The role involves addressing customer inquiries, processing orders, and collaborating with sales teams to ensure client satisfaction. Ideal candidates should possess strong communication skills and a relevant educational background, with attractive benefits including bonuses and various leave types.
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Executive to provide exceptional service to our clients. The successful applicant will be the frontline of communication, addressing customer inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction with our services.
Responsibilities:
o Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
o Process orders, track shipments, and manage delivery schedules.
o Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
o Coordinate with sales and operation teams to fulfil customer orders accurately and on time.
o Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
o Provide support to the sales team in managing customer accounts.
Qualifications:
o High school diploma; further education Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field is a plus.
o Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.
o Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
o Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
o Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
o Proficient in MS Office
o Experience with WMS is a plus.
o Ability to work in a team and lead team member.
o Communication skill in both written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia
o Mandarin speaking will be added advantage

Working Hours
Mon to Friday: 9.00am to 6.00pm
Saturday: 8.30am to 1.00pm
