About the role

Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Executive at PACIFIC INTEGRATED LOGISTICS (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD.' Based in the vibrant Kelana Jaya area of Selangor, this full-time role will see you providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

Respond to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner

Assist with the processing of orders and transactions

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to customer accounts

Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless experience

Provide administrative support, such as data entry and filing, to support the broader customer service function

What we're looking for

Fresh graduates are welcomed

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, preferrable able to communicate in Chinese

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate record-keeping and data management
