A leading company in the medical sector is seeking a Customer Service Executive to manage customer relations and sales coordination. The role involves handling inquiries, processing orders, and improving customer satisfaction. Candidates should have a relevant diploma or degree along with 1-2 years of experience, and possess strong communication skills in English and Malay.

Qualifications

Job description

To act as Liaison between customers and sales team to handle both pre-sales and post sales service function.

To manage tender submission including documentation and administrative tasks.

Sales coordination tasks including order processing, prepare quotations and etc.

Provide outstanding customer service to improve customer satisfaction and relationship.

Handle and resolve customer complaints/inquiries via email or phone in a timely and accurate manner.

Handle department order processing and related operation tasks.

Coordinate, analyze and improve customer service functions to meet company goals.

Manage database of customer sales order and invoicing records.

Assist in marketing activities and inventory control maintenance.

Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Science, Biochemistry, Food Science, Biotechnology, Medical Bioscience, Business Administration or any other related field.

Minimum 1-2 years working experience in related field.

Proficient in English and Malay.

Able to work independently, multi-tasking with minimum supervision.

Possess good communications skill and interpersonal skills.

Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office.
