About the role

Ajiya Safety Glass Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic team in Segamat, Johor. This full-time position will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring seamless client interactions. As a key member of our Client & Sales Administration team, you will play a vital role in contributing to the overall success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

Respond to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner

Process and fulfil customer orders accurately and efficiently

Provide accurate information about our products, services, and policies

Manage customer accounts and maintain detailed records

Assist with the resolution of customer complaints and issues

Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Continuously seek ways to improve the customer experience and identify opportunities for process improvements

What we're looking for

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in the manufacturing or construction industry. Fresh Graduate is encouraged to apply.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders

Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently

Proficient in using computer systems and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office suite)

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectively

A customer-centric mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional service

Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records

Can speak fluent Mandarin, English and Malay. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Willing to work on Saturday
