Customer Service Executive

- Minimum Diploma in any field

- Prior experience in customer service or engineering roles is an advantage

- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin is a plus)

- Friendly, patient, and customer-oriented attitude

- Able to work independently and as part of a team

- Willing to be based in Penang and coordinate with HQ in Selangor

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner
  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Coordinate with other departments and HQ in Selangor to follow up on customer requests
  • Maintain customer records
  • Support sales and operations teams as needed
