Responsibilities:

  1. Handle inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries and feedback regarding company products and services.
  2. Provide accurate and understandable information to customers and support partners.
  3. Address or escalate customer issues and complaints to the appropriate level.
  4. Ensure timely follow-ups on customer interactions.
  5. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while upholding a professional demeanor.
