About The Job

We are seeking a motivated, reliable team player with strong organizational skills and a customer-oriented mindset. The ideal candidate demonstrates self-initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to perform well under pressure. Excellent interpersonal and intercultural communication skills are essential. A positive attitude and willingness to collaborate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment are key to success.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as the main interface for customers, Sales, Technical Consultants, and Perso Center stakeholders during order processing.
  • Manage post-sales activities for Personalisation Services, including Allynis Added Services.
  • Follow up on Personalisation orders until shipment and invoicing.
  • Contribute to contract reviews with Sales, especially on added services, to ensure all services are billed.
  • Assist in project costing and commercial proposals aligned with the Allynis Added Services Catalogue.
  • Follow up on new projects with relevant PSC stakeholders until delivery and invoicing.
  • Participate in product item setup according to customer requirements and invoice setup.
  • Communicate with customers and PSC regarding change requests, pulls, and collateral deliveries.
  • Handle customer complaints registration and follow-up in the corporate tool (I-Care).
  • Contribute to billing forecast exercises and reporting.
  • Attend customer meetings and assist during customer visits to Gemalto facilities.
  • Manage stock for various contracts, liaising with supply for collaterals and ensuring timely customer orders.
  • Contribute to SLA fulfillment and ensure monthly billing accuracy and timeliness.
  • Train new team members on customer-specific processes.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in any field.
  • Experience in manufacturing is an advantage.
  • Experience in sales administration and logistics (Letter of Credit, Payment Terms, Customs Rules).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; ERP knowledge is a plus.
  • Good command of English and BM, both spoken and written.
  • Willing to work in Bandar Putri, Puchong.
