- Handle inbound and outbound customer call inquiries efficiently.
- Provide fast and timely solutions to customer problems.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent customer service.
- Adhere to the company's service standards.
- Manage a high volume of incoming calls effectively.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Deliver excellent customer service via live chat, email, and outbound calls.
- Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads; set appointments for the sales team.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and management to develop lead generation strategies to meet KPIs and sales targets.
Job Requirements

- Work 5.5 days per week (no shifts or rotations).
- Experience in customer service or related fields (e.g., telemarketing, billing, customer liaison) is an advantage but not essential.
