Job description

To assist in data entry, prepare records, filing and other general clerical duties.

Maintain accuracy and housekeeping of data entries.

Customer service responsibilities such as following up with customers according to their request and reporting the estimate delivery dates to them.

Communicate with all related department such as Store, Planning & Sales team to ensure smooth and on time delivery to our customers.

Requirement:

Candidates must at least possess Diploma/Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.

No working experience needed.

Work well with others and good communication skills.

Computer literate on Microsoft Office, handling emails between suppliers and customers.

Independent and willing to learn.

Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Lunch is provided daily.

EPF, SOCSO, OT and Bonuses will be provided.
