A leading company in Malaysia is seeking a passionate sales professional to develop new business opportunities in the furniture and chemical manufacturing sectors. The ideal candidate will possess proven sales experience, strong communication skills, and a willingness to travel for outstation work in Northern Malaysia. You'll play a crucial role in enhancing customer experience, supporting existing clients, and achieving sales targets in a dynamic environment.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to management.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or in person.
Communicate effectively with regular sales visits and provide technical support to clients in Northern Malaysia.
Provide detailed product and service information to customers to facilitate sales.
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately.
Handle complaints and resolve issues with patience and efficiency.
Upsell or cross-sell products and services based on customer needs.
Maintain customer records by updating account information.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve customer experience and drive revenue growth.
Collaborate with the technical and logistics team to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Requirements:
Proven sales experience, preferably in chemicals, adhesives, or related industrial products.
Knowledge or background in the furniture or sofa manufacturing industry is an added advantage.
Willingness to travel frequently for outstation work in Northern Malaysia (Penang, Kedah, Perlis, Perak).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
