Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia
Salary: RM 2,500 – RM 3,500 per month

Job Description:

We are hiring a dedicated and service-minded Customer Service Representative to provide real-time assistance to customers through live chat. This role requires quick thinking, empathy, and excellent multitasking skills to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide professional, timely responses to customers via Live Chat

Assist users in resolving inquiries and technical issues

Develop a thorough understanding of company products and services

Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously with quality responses

Escalate complex issues to relevant departments when needed

Build customer rapport to encourage satisfaction and retention

Accurately document chat interactions and maintain clean records

Requirements:

Strong written communication skills in Mandarin and English (Malay is a plus). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.

Previous experience in customer service/live chat preferred (not required)

Able to multitask and thrive in a high-paced environment

Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills

Basic computer proficiency; minimum 40 wpm typing speed

Willing to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
