Qualifications

  • Diplôme en économie, informatique, gestion ou équivalent requis.
  • Bonne expérience dans la gestion d'appels entrants et sortants, de préférence dans le secteur bancaire.
  • Capacité à parler un bon niveau d'anglais et de mandarin.

Responsibilities

  • Gérer l'exécution des commandes des clients quotidiennement.
  • Gérer les appels entrants et sortants des clients.
  • Tenir à jour les enregistrements des interactions et des transactions avec les clients.
  • Suivre les demandes des clients pour s'assurer qu'une action appropriée a été prise.
  • Fournir des retours réguliers à la direction concernant les commentaires des clients.
  • Promouvoir et vendre des produits pour augmenter le chiffre d'affaires.
  • Aider aux tests et aux lancements de nouveaux produits.
  • Respecter les politiques et procédures de l'entreprise.
  • Atteindre les KPI assignés.

Job Description

What You'll Doing:

  • Handle daily customer’s order fulfilment, and a strong commitment to ensure delivery in a timely and accurately manner.
  • Handle daily customers’ incoming and outgoing calls, emailing.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
  • Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers’ request.
  • Regular feedback to the management customer’s comments, feedbacks on our products and services.
  • Exercise basic salesmanship to promote/ upsell all relevant products to increase the business revenue.
  • Assist in new product testing, implementation and launches.
  • Responsible for deploying and applying all company policies, procedures and standards.
  • Perform and achieve the KPI as assigned.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Qualifications

More About You:

  • Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Economics, Information Technology, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent
  • Good relevant experience in both handling inbound and outbound calls preferably from banking industry
  • Ability to speak good level of English and Mandarin to handle customers with this language proficiency
