Job description

This is a full-time Customer Service Executive role based in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah at CJ Group Chain of Hotels. As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service to our in-house guests.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

  1. Respond to inquiries and resolve issues from guests via phone, email, and messenger applications.
  2. Coordinate with the team to address and follow up on guest requests and complaints.
  3. Identify opportunities to improve the guest experience and suggest process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, with effective communication skills in these languages.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with exceptional patience.
  • Mandarin-speaking candidates preferred, as they will serve Mandarin-speaking customers.
