A leading healthcare provider in Johor Bahru seeks a proactive Customer Service representative to enhance patient experiences. Responsibilities include greeting patients, managing inquiries, and supporting administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should be dynamic and reliable, with optional experience in a customer service role, particularly with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Greet patients and visitors in a professional, courteous manner.
Answer and route incoming calls; respond to patient inquiries promptly.
Handle patient complaints or concerns, escalating complex issues as needed.
Provide information on procedures or policies.
Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and customer experience.
Participate in and contribute to the marketing and expansion activities of the centre as needed.
Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical staff to coordinate patient care.
Manage and support billing and administrative tasks as required.
Language
Mandarin (Preferred) for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Requirements
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Quick learner and team player.
Dynamic, independent, reliable, and responsible.
Ability to multitask.
1-2 years of experience in a Customer Service role. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
