Job description

Wentel Engineering Sdn. Bhd. is actively seeking individuals with your skillset to join our team as Customer Service Executive.

5-day work week (Monday - Friday)

Job Responsibilities

• Receive customer PO and acknowledge the receipt of purchase orders to customers.
• Analyze purchase orders (selling price, revision, quantity, incoterm, delivery date, payment terms, and currency) according to Navision standards before entering into the system.
• Discuss with the planner the feasibility of the requested delivery date; otherwise, propose an alternative date to the customer.
• Provide shipment demand plans after discussions with customers.
• Receive and request forecasts from customers.
• Analyze forecast accuracy versus actual sales.
• Report analysis to the Sales & Marketing department and Material Head of Department.
• Review forecast accuracy with customers.
• Ensure prompt responses to customer inquiries and complaints.
• Work closely with Sales & Marketing to understand and prioritize customer requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma/Degree in any field with relevant experience is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; comprehensive training will be provided.
• Proficiency in English, Malay, and Mandarin to deal with Chinese clients.
• Experience with ERP systems is beneficial.
• Effective communication skills with customers and internal staff are necessary.
• Strong verbal and intuitive communication abilities are essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong time management skills, especially for on-time delivery.
