JOB DESCRIPTION:
-Attend to and resolve customer/client questions or complaints via phone call, email or live chat.
-Regularly contacting customers to ensure their experience with a product or service is satisfactory.
-Direct calls from customers to the appropriate department when necessary.
-Ensure positive attitude towards customers at all times.
-Possess strong understanding of company’s products.
-Keep records of customer interactions.
