Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, including responding to inquiries and resolving complaints.

Monitor shipment status and notify customers of all detailed shipment updates, for both export and import.

Timely preparation of all required documentation during shipment arrangement.

Monitor and analyze customer feedback to improve the customer experience.

Manage and coordinate with suppliers to ensure they are providing quality and stable services.

Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill customer expectations.

Prepare monthly reports for Management and ad-hoc reports as requested from time to time.

Maintain proper filing of all shipment correspondences/documentations and reports for audit purpose.

May perform other duties as and when required.

Requirements

Min. Diploma in Logistics Management or equivalent

Minimum 1 year experience in customer service in freight forwarding industry.

Both Import and Export Air Freight experience will be an advantage.

Knowledge of Air Import/Export regulations and documents.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment, with minimum supervision.

Must be a team player with a good working attitude and behavior.

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Exceptional customer service and follow-up skills.

Willing to work at Bayan Lepas, Penang.
