Job Descriptions:

  1. Process new customer account setups, orders, forms, applications, and requests. Ensure data is accurately maintained in the system.
  2. Process rescheduling requests by customers - Pull in, Push out & cancellations.
  3. Resolve & respond to customers' escalations & complaints promptly.
  4. Handle RMA / RTV / Damaged / Dented items with customers.
  5. Handle wrong item, excess, or shortage shipments.
  6. Provide delivery information and ensure timely delivery.
  7. Inventory Management: Ensure sufficient time frame to support customers' required date and keep inventory levels low.
  8. Communicate and coordinate with internal departments such as Purchasing, Planner Logistic, Finance, and Logistics to ensure clear information to support customer inquiries pertaining to stocks and delivery support.
  9. Liaise with Finance to ensure prompt payments from customers. Monitor and handle payment-in-advance customers.
  10. Liaise with Sales pertaining to price changes & FA requests.
  11. Maintain data on Sales pricing and other data deemed necessary for order purposes.
  12. Perform material planning (for pre-assigned customers).
  13. Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support upon request.
  14. Conduct Customer Survey annually & compile it into a summary.
