Responsibilities

  1. Provide support to customers for all products and perform troubleshooting in various environments to ensure optimal customer satisfaction and service.
  2. Offer practical support and solution-oriented consulting for Beckhoff customers, both via remote maintenance and on-site.
  3. Resolve customer issues promptly to minimize downtime.
  4. Support our customers with hardware and software issues in languages such as C++, Visual Basic, IEC 61131-3 on PC-based platforms.
  5. Monitor all assigned cases and update activities on the company tracking system.
  6. Manage customer issues and escalate to relevant departments when necessary.
  7. Develop and disseminate technical documentation for users.
  8. Handle in-depth technical questions in cooperation with product management and development.
  9. Maintain accurate customer documentation and prepare reports on issues and resolutions.
  10. Develop machine programs according to customer specifications in languages such as C++, Visual Basic, IEC 61131-3 on PC-based platforms.
  11. Provide standard and customized training to support Beckhoff products.
  12. Document and record all service, support, and project activities.
  13. Support programming applications for customers in high-level languages like C#, C++, .NET, Visual Basic on PC-based platforms.
  14. Approximately 70% of this role involves traveling.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electronic and Electrical Engineering, or a related field in Industrial Automation.
  2. Expertise in PC-based control, fieldbus systems, automation, and software.
  3. 0–2 years of experience in industrial automation system integration.
  4. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  5. Knowledge of IEC 61131-3 programming languages is a plus; knowledge of object-oriented extensions like C#, C++, Python, Objective C is also advantageous.
  6. Knowledge of circuit diagrams is a plus.
  7. Customer- and service-oriented mindset.
  8. Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  9. Understanding of PLCs, motion controllers, robotics, distributed I/Os, fieldbus systems (EtherCAT), and HMI technology.
  10. Strong analytical and reasoning skills to collaborate in a fast-paced, action-oriented team.
  11. Ability to work under pressure and maintain professionalism.
  12. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to present to customers and in meetings.
  13. Ability to multitask and work cross-functionally in a dynamic environment.
