Candidate Requirements
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Customer service background preferred.
  • Experience in telco, particularly in order management and processing requests, is a plus.
Responsibilities
  1. Assist with billing queries, resolve billing issues, and perform billing adjustments.
  2. Respond to general customer service questions from SPOC, subscribers, and account managers.
  3. Follow SOP documentation on CRM.
  4. Ensure ticket resolution within SLA targets of 4, 7, and 9 hours.
