Are you passionate about customer service and e-commerce? We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team and support the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platforms, including Shopee, Lazada, Facebook, and TikTok. If you enjoy helping customers and thrive in a dynamic environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Platform Management: Oversee the daily operations of our e-commerce platforms for in-house brands like Anello, Legato Largo, Untule, and Fasola (home & living).
Proficiently navigate and utilize company systems and software.
Customer Assistance: Help customers with order placement, tracking, cancellations, and returns.
Issue Resolution: Address and resolve issues related to order discrepancies, shipping delays, or damaged items promptly.
Complaint Handling: Manage customer complaints effectively, offering solutions in line with company policies.
Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
Collaboration: Work with internal teams to arrange deliveries, ensure order accuracy, and track customer payments.++
Documentation: Prepare delivery orders and invoices for customers.
Shipment Tracking: Update shipment status in the tracking system daily.
Ad Hoc Duties: Assist with other tasks as assigned by your superior.
Shift Work: Be available for shifts: 7:30am-4:30pm / 9:00am-6:00pm / 11:00pm-8:00pm
Qualifications:
Education: Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
Experience: At least 2 years in a relevant industry (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Languages: Proficient in both written & spoken in English, Mandarin, and Malay. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
