About the role
This is a full-time Customer Service Coordinator role based in Shah Alam, Selangor. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service and support to World Asia Logistics (M) Sdn. Bhd.'s diverse client base. Your primary focus will be on effectively handling customer enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
What you'll be doing
Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner
Accurately log and document all customer interactions and follow up on open issues
Identify and escalate complex customer concerns to the appropriate team or manager
Provide customers with up-to-date information on order status, delivery, and other relevant matters
Assist with the processing of customer orders, requests, and complaints
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery
Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
What we're looking for
At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role, ideally in the logistics or transportation industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on providing timely and effective solutions
Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectively
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a willingness to go the extra mile
Strong attention to detail and data entry skills
