About the job Customer Service (Collection)

Company background:

We are representing a Financial Services Company and as they are expanding, they are looking for Customer Service (Collection) to join the team in Kelana Jaya.

Job Scope:

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling and live chat.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
  • Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
  • Follow and achieve team sales goals on a monthly basis.
  • Remain knowledgeable on products offered.
  • Cross sell products.
  • Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service.
  • Manage incoming calls and convert sales leads to customers.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers.
  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat.
  • Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features.
  • Monitor customer inquiries on webpage and reach out to provide assistance.
  • Remarketing of leads.

Job Requirement:

  • Candidate with customer service experience is encouraged to apply.
  • Good communication skill in English and Bahasa Melayu.
  • At least possess with SPM.
  • Average commission RM1000-RM2000.
  • Medical allowance and parking allowance.
