Osafe Fire Inspection Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service/Telemarketer to join their team in Puchong, Selangor. This full-time role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients.

What you’ll be doing
  • Providing outbound calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Providing detailed information about the company’s products and services
  • Identifying and pursuing sales opportunities through outbound calls and follow-ups
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
  • Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to achieve overall business objectives
What we’re looking for
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin will be advantage
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators
